The Dunmore Pineapple

The Pineapple, or the Dunmore Pineapple, is one of Scotland's most remarkable buildings. Standing a mile north of the village of Airth, it was built by the 4th Earl of Dunmore, John Murray, in 1761 as a birthday present for his wife Susan to view the walled gardens of Dunmore Park.

Alpine Horns

On the way along the Filzenkogel to Toreggenkopf  ridge at 2470m towards Edelhutte 2238m and Ahornsoitze 2972m we heard the sweet melodic tones of the Alpine Horn we then found this couple playing on the flatter side of the moutain so lovely.
